About The LOLS

“Vibrant, Fresh, Intense”, just some of the words used to describe this talented 5 piece band.  Hailing from the Midlands The Lols are
Steve Martin, Dave Healy,
Willie Burgoyne, Steve Devaney.

Collectively they have over 40 years experience in the music industry.  Playing music and performing are their passions and this shines through at all their gigs.
   
Musically The Lols have a wide and diverse background ranging from heavy metal to traditional Irish music.  These influences merge to ensure that The Lols bring something different to their performance and put their own stamp on songs. 
 
The highlight of 2009 for The Lols was winning the Corporate/Party Band of the Year by Irish Entertainment Awards.  This award confirmed what audiences nationwide knew - The Lols know how to party! 
 
2010 is another busy year for the band with a nationwide tour, dates in Scotland and the launch of their single ‘Grease Is the Word’ in April 2010. The upbeat tempo with added guitar rifts puts The Lols stamp on this classic hit.  This three minute hit gives audiences a taster of what this 4 piece band is capable of and showcases the immense ability of all the band members.
